Full straw yellow color, with light golden reflections appearing after the first 2 or 3 years in the bottle. Intense nose, wide-ranging bouquet, opening with an array of aromatic herbs, sage and rosemary above all, followed by citrus hints and touches of white-fleshed fruit. Medium-bodied on the palate, with added value in terms of drinkability, excellent persistence, and remarkable consistency with the nose. The finish is elegant, supported by good acidity.
