The white that tells the story of the Alta Murgia
Among the clay and calcarenite soils of the Alta Murgia, an essential, mineral, and luminous white is born, capable of telling the story of the territory with natural elegance. In the glass, Erbaceo becomes the story of an unexpected Murgia, a wine designed for those who wish to rediscover, in every sip, the genuine bond with the land it comes from.
An icon among Puglian white wines
Erbaceo’s identity is born precisely from this natural balance: altitude, mineral soil, and Murgia climate that help define its fresh, essential, and authentic character. Fairly intense nose, fresh bouquet, aromatic herbs and citrus hints, typical descriptors of Minutolo, with touches of white peach. The two grape varieties, Minutolo and Greco, find an excellent balance between intensity and minerality.
Full straw yellow color; after the first 2 or 3 years in the bottle, light golden hues become visible.

Intense nose, wide bouquet, opening with an array of aromatic herbs, sage and rosemary above all, followed by hints of citrus and touches of white-fleshed fruit.
Medium-bodied on the palate, an added value in terms of drinkability, excellent persistence and remarkable coherence with the nose.
The finish is elegant, supported by good acidity.
