480 m. a.l.s., calcareous soil.

PRODUCTION

Fermentation in steel tanks at a controlled temperature,
with selected families of indigenous yeasts. The wine ages
for 5 months in steel tanks, in contact with its fine lees.

SULFITIES

~ 50 – 55 mg/l
