HARVEST
Hand-picked grapes, in the second week of September
VINEYARD
San Domenico district. Alta Murgia 420 m. a.l.s., medium-
textured soil with presence of clays and calcareous rocks
of Gravina.
PRODUCTION
Fermentation in steel tanks in contact with its skins. After
fermentation follows a maceration of 6 months. In the end,
the wine is aged for 12 months in the bottle.
