TASTING NOTES
Intense and bright pink colour. Strawberry and raspberry are the first smells perceptible to the nose. There is also a good bouquet of fresh white blossoms. On the palate, the wine is fresh and straight; the smooth fruity notes contrast with a great minerality.

A rosé that's simple yet full of personality
Doline Aglianico is born from a precise idea: to tell the story of Aglianico in a fresher, more direct, and luminous form. The grapes are hand-harvested and gently processed, leaving the skins only the time needed to impart color, aroma, and character. It’s from this balance that a clean, essential, and contemporary rosé takes shape, able to preserve the soul of the grape variety without weighing down the sip. A wine that chooses simplicity as its style, without giving up identity and personality.
Fresh, fruity, surprisingly versatile
In the glass it presents a rich, lively, and brilliant cherry pink color. On the nose, notes of strawberry and raspberry arrive immediately, accompanied by fresh floral sensations that make the profile elegant and immediate. On the palate it is agile, pleasant, easy-drinking: the fruity component gives roundness, while the minerality keeps the sip fresh, clean, and never banal. It’s an informal rosé in the right way, perfect for aperitivo but also able to naturally accompany the entire meal.
Full straw yellow color; after the first 2 or 3 years in the bottle, light golden hues become visible.

Intense nose, wide bouquet, opening with an array of aromatic herbs, sage and rosemary above all, followed by hints of citrus and touches of white-fleshed fruit.
Medium-bodied on the palate, an added value in terms of drinkability, excellent persistence and remarkable coherence with the nose.
The finish is elegant, supported by good acidity.
