RETURNS AND REFUNDS


Returns of personalised products, in finish or size, are not accepted.

In case of non-compliant products, Colli della Murgia allows 10 days after delivery to return the merch.
The Client can leave the parcel in a Ki Point deposit or choose the home collection option from a Ki Point courier, who will come collect the parcel at the client’s chosen address and date.

How to make a return?

1. Send an e-mail to info@collidellamurgia.it stating the reason for the return, possibly attaching photographic evidence, and choosing a return method between the two options above.
2. Wait for an answer from Colli della Murgia with authorization and relative Return Ddt (within 24 hours); we might ask more information, if needed.

In any case, the Client will return the items intact, unused, in their original packaging and, for a smoother return management by Colli della Murgia, attaching the Return Ddt received by e-mail completely filled out.

How to exercise the right of withdrawal?

The Client can exercise the right of withdrawal by compiling the Withdrawal Form, which can be downloaded at this link / Download Withdrawal Form/. After filling out the Withdrawal Form, the Client can send it to us in one of two ways:
– By e-mailing the form without the merch at info@collidellamurgia.it or by mail at this address: «COLLI DELLA MURGIA – Contrada Zingariello – 70024 Gravina in Puglia (Ba) – 70024 GRAVINA IN PUGLIA (BA)».
– By sending the form with the merch as described in the Returns section.

The Client is not obligated to use this form: the right can be excercised by sending any declaration of withdrawal from the contract to the aforementioned addresses. In any case, this declaration must contain the explicit will to withdraw, the Order identification and the details of the items involved.
Whichever way the Client chooses to communicate this right to Colli della Murgia, it must be done within 10 days after delivery.

Come viene rimborsato o sostituito il reso?

How does a return get refunded or replaced?
– Replacement :
Within 15 days since receiving the return, Colli della Murgia will quickly inspect the parcel and resend the correct product; wheter not available, we’ll proceed with the refund.

– Refund:
The Client will be reimbursed, only for the returned products, within 15 days after Colli della Murgia received them.
If the return options described here are not followed, Colli della Murgia reserves the right to refuse the return itself and not proceed with the refund.

How to return the merch in case of withdrawal?

If not sent with the aforementioned Withdrawal form, the Client must return the products within 10 days after delivery, as described in the RETURN AND REFUND section.

In any case, the Client will return the items intact, unused and in their original packaging.

How is the refund processed in case of withdrawal?

Confirmation and Order filing
Colli della Murgia will reimburse the Client within 15 days after receiveng the withdrawal form, keeping the right to retain it until the returned merch is received.

If the return and withdrawal options described here are not followed, Colli della Murgia reserves the right to refuse the withdrawal itself and not proceed with the refund, still according to law.
