IDENT
ITY

A red that speaks with immediacy
Doline Primitivo is born from a fresher, more contemporary interpretation of Primitivo: a wine that preserves the character of the grape variety, but makes it more agile, direct, and everyday. Its identity takes shape through essential processing, with manual harvesting, steel fermentation, and aging without any time in wood, allowing the fruit to emerge in a clean and genuine way. It’s a red that doesn’t seek power at all costs, but chooses balance instead: less construction, more authenticity; less weight, more drinkability.
Fruit, freshness, and a spiciness that lingers
In the glass, Doline Primitivo presents a bright, intense ruby red, anticipating a profile that is immediate, warm, and pleasant. On the nose, notes of ripe fruit arrive, along with small red berries, blackberry, and raspberry, with a light spiciness that accompanies without overpowering. On the palate it is fresh, mineral, easy-drinking, with tannin that is well integrated and never aggressive. It’s a versatile and modern Primitivo, able to accompany the table but also more informal moments, leaving a pleasant spiced trace in the finish.
Full straw yellow color; after the first 2 or 3 years in the bottle, light golden hues become visible.

Intense nose, wide bouquet, opening with an array of aromatic herbs, sage and rosemary above all, followed by hints of citrus and touches of white-fleshed fruit.
Medium-bodied on the palate, an added value in terms of drinkability, excellent persistence and remarkable coherence with the nose.
The finish is elegant, supported by good acidity.
