A character all its own, distinctly Puglian
Doline Nero di Troia is born in Corato, at 320 meters above sea level, on predominantly limestone soil. It’s from this essential origin that a direct, fresh, and contemporary red IGP Puglia takes shape, designed to tell the story of Nero di Troia in a more agile and immediate version. Manual harvesting, steel fermentation, and 12-14 months of aging allow the wine to preserve its varietal character, but with a cleaner, more balanced, and accessible expression.
Immediacy, freshness, and a sip that's never banal
In the glass it presents a bright ruby red, fairly intense, anticipating a fruity and pleasantly spiced profile. On the nose, floral notes emerge along with wild strawberry, raspberry, and light hints of licorice. On the palate it is fresh, sleek, easy-drinking, with tannin that is present but not overpowering, and a fairly long finish. It’s an informal red in the right way: easy to approach, yet with a recognizable personality, capable of accompanying the table with naturalness and character.
Full straw yellow color; after the first 2 or 3 years in the bottle, light golden hues become visible.

Intense nose, wide bouquet, opening with an array of aromatic herbs, sage and rosemary above all, followed by hints of citrus and touches of white-fleshed fruit.
Medium-bodied on the palate, an added value in terms of drinkability, excellent persistence and remarkable coherence with the nose.
The finish is elegant, supported by good acidity.
