Description
Tasting Notes
Intense and luminous golden yellow color. When the wine is swirled inside the glass, its thickness can be perceived. The nose is intense and full, with ’round’ sensations immediately noticeable. Clear notes
of chamomile, apple, but above all honey and vanilla, after which the glass becomes enriched with more ethereal sensations, sweet spices and amber. A caress on the palate, the sensations perceived on the nose return with extreme consistency. It’s a wine certainly leaning toward its softer components, but the structure is supported by an important acid backbone that expresses itself on the palate as a mineral sensation. MYOR’s bouquet and body blend into a beguiling harmony of taste, a wine with backbone and concentration, yet endowed with absolute grace and lightness.
