HARVEST
Hand-picked grapes, in the second week of September.
VINEYARD
San Domenico district. Alta Murgia 420 m. a.l.s., medium-
textured soil with presence of clays and calcareous rocks
of Gravina.
PRODUCTION
Fermentation in steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
The wine ages in steel tanks for 4 months in contact with
its fine lees. Thereafter, the wine ages for another 4 months
in the bottle.
SULFITIES
~ 8 mg/l. No Sulfities Added
