Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer at the time of order.
HOME DELIVERY
Colli della Murgia entrusts its shipments to Mail Boxes Etc. Home delivery is carried out by Mail Boxes Etc. partner carriers.
The Customer has the option to choose delivery to a different address. It is sufficient to indicate the new address at the time of order.
Receiving Goods:
Upon receiving the goods, please carefully follow the instructions below:
1. Check that the number of packages received matches the number of packages indicated on the form you are signing.
2. Check the integrity of the package and, in case of tampering and/or breakage, write “accepted subject to inspection” stating the reason.
3. If accepting the package with the note “accepted subject to inspection”, please take detailed photographs of the package before and after opening it and send us the relevant images at sales@collidellamurgia.it. Only in this way will it be possible to file any claims with the courier.
Packaging quality:
The packaging is certified for drops of up to 8m.
