Santa Sofia district. Alta Murgia 510 m. a.l.s., sandy
calcareous soil.
PRODUCTION
Fermentation in steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
The wine ages in steel tanks for 12-18 months. Thereafter
the wine ages for another 6 months in the bottle.
SULFITIES
No sulfites added
