Alta Murgia 510 m. a.l.s., sandy calcareous soil.<\/p>\n<h5 class=\"nero\">Production<\/h5>\n<p>The must is obtained with the \u2018draining\u2019 process (the liquid does not remain in contact with the skins). Fermentation in steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
