Fresh, mineral and savory, it\u2019s round and quite persistent.<\/p>\n<h5 class=\"nero\">Recommended Pairings<\/h5>\n<p>A dish with nice sweet and fatty tendencies, maybe not too spiced with a modest, savory, persistance.
