Would you like to be Franco for a day?
Every day is a good day to stay in the nature.
At 9.45 we start in the morning, meeting Franco, the owner of winery, and then we go
into the vineyard to live one day as a wine maker.
The vineyard is like a child, you have to take care every day it, so from March to
October you can help us!

Note:
- For any tour or experience with Traditional Brunch it necessary to book 5 days before.
- We can also organize a Traditional Lunch, for any info please send an email at: tasting@collidellamurgia.it
- All gasses of wine will be 150ml.
- All products used to make lunch or dinner are only local products from small producer that work sustainably.
- The price included water and cover charge.
- The only drinks served are wine and water except for children, for them we’ll serve fruit juices.

Colli della Murgia has different types of vineyards, would you like to visit them?
We’ve thought a perfect way to do this: a bicycle tour around the property, near to the Natural Park ‘Bosco Difesa Grande’, inside a unique territory: MURGIA.
Along the way we learn how to recognize the different types of autoctone vines, leavesand grapes: Primitivo, Aglianico, Fiano Minutolo, Nero di Troia, etc.

PASTA STATE OF MIND. The best way to discover our history.
Take part in the “Pasta Masterclass”, to learn all the secrets of pasta, traditional baked products and sweets, with a teacher, a local woman, who knows the traditional way to make Pasta.
Our Pasta will not be the usual one but you’ll use different wines in the every dough.
After this unique experience, you can visit the Winery (the vineyard, the production
area and the barrel room).
At the end of the tour, we use Pasta, made by you, to prepare a traditional recipe.
In 1 day you can visit the Winery, learn to make pasta and discover some secrets of
